This is the exciting culmination to a year-long project funded by the Iowa Arts Council.  AP members worked with the inter-generational (ages 4-80) to teach them how to conduct story circles with community members focused on their life experiences and then take what they gleaned from the stories told to create songs focusing on the meanings in nature, music, protest, pets and generational perspectives.  The group has created an amazing and beautiful variety of songs that we will share with everyone who comes to this celebratory event.
